Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refunds:

• All purchases made on The Project Kintsugi, including consultation bookings and community subscriptions, are final. We do not offer refunds once a transaction has been completed.

Cancellation Policy:

• Consultations: Booked consultations cannot be canceled. However, they can be rescheduled if requested via email communication. Rescheduling requests must be sent to [insert email address] at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• Gifted Subscriptions: Users purchasing subscriptions as gifts are advised to ensure the recipient is willing to join our community before completing the purchase, as no refunds will be provided.

Payment Methods:

• Payments are processed through Razorpay, allowing users to pay securely via credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI. Please ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds to cover the purchase.
